Plagiarism Policy

Prevention of plagiarism is essential as it provides scientific and academic integrity. Hence, MATHLINE : Jurnal Matematika dan Pendidikan Matematika uses the Turnitin Software for controlling plagiarism concerns. Also, MATHLINE : Jurnal Matematika dan Pendidikan Matematika editors will run a plagiarism check using Turnitin for the submitted manuscripts before sending them to reviewers. We do not process any plagiarised content. If a manuscript has over 20% plagiarism based on the similarity report results, we will send the manuscript back to the author to be revised for the plagiarised content.

It is basically the author’s duty to submit only an article that is free from plagiarism and academic malpractice. The editor, however, double-checks each article before its publication. The first step is to check plagiarism against an offline database developed by the Mathematics Department , Wiralodra University , Indonesia, and, secondly, against as many online databases as possible.
